Where the desert
comes to the table.
Glass walls. Aravalli views. The flavours of Rajasthan — cooked slowly, served without ceremony, and best appreciated when the hills turn gold outside.
Rajasthan on a plate.
The Aravallis through the glass.
Rait — the Rajasthani word for sand — is Teela's signature restaurant. A glass-walled dining room that opens to the landscape on every side, so the hills are always with you, whatever the hour. The light changes through dinner. The view shifts as the sky does. The food is the reason you came — and the setting is the reason you stay longer than you planned.
We cook with what this region has always cooked with: spice, patience, fire, and an understanding that the best Rajasthani cuisine doesn't need embellishment. It needs time, technique, and someone who cares. Our kitchen is that someone.
Glass walls.
Uninterrupted desert views.
The restaurant is built to disappear into its surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling glass on every wall means the Aravallis are never out of sight — whether you're eating breakfast as the mist lifts from the hills, or finishing dinner as the last light leaves the sky.
Inside, the atmosphere is quiet and considered. Warm light, unhurried service, and enough space between tables that every conversation stays where it belongs.
